Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

Due to the highly personalized and digital nature of our numerology and astro-numerology services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a session has been conducted or materials (recordings/reports) have been delivered.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made **more than 48 hours** before a scheduled consultation: Full refund (minus payment processing fees).
  • Cancellations made **within 48 hours** of the appointment: No refund. You may reschedule once at no extra charge.
  • No-shows or cancellations after the session starts: No refund.

Refund Exceptions

We offer a full refund (or complimentary rescheduling) only in the following rare cases:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent the session from occurring.
  • If you feel the reading did not resonate at all, you may request a refund within 48 hours after receiving the recording and report. This request must be submitted in writing.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at clientcare@starpathinsight.com with your booking email and reason for the request. All refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

Star Path Insight reserves the right to refuse service to any client.
